I spray the eaves with the Gotcha Sprayer with no problem. it all allows you to stand away and spray without being under the spray. In my neighborhood it cost over $ 100 to get pest control to do the same thing. The sprayer seems pretty simply made and of plastic but it works well and easy to use. I expect it to last a long time it is lightweight and efficiently designed, a lot more robust than in the picture depicts.
Verified PurchaseI thought it worked very well..no problem with attach can to holder...it stayed in place when pulling the rope...make sure you have the lever full up when placing the can into place...makes for a better angle and less pressure to push the spray nozzle..I did this project by myself... the pole was fully extended 18ft... once I got it steady I was able to aim and pull the rope...soaked it pretty well.... I was a little worried i'd have a stain on my siding... so I washed the area down with car soap and garden hose... afterward
Verified PurchaseWasps had made 2 big nests under the second story eaves about 23 feet high. Used a Mr. Long Arm pole from Lowes for $40.00 that threaded perfectly (Threading was a problem with other reviewers) and could extend to 23 feet. Secured the can with electrical tape to make sure it didn’t slip (Another problem with other reviewers) when pulling the string. Adjusted the can so it would spray up. Waited until dusk and made sure it wasn’t windy. Shook the can good before threading the extender to the pole. Extended it to maximum height and pulled the string while making the adjustments to hit the nests. The wasps that were not eliminated flew away. The pole was heavy and hard to control at this height so it may be better not to extend it so much as the can sprays a long way. Later unscrewed the extender and used the full length of the pole to knock down the nests. This review may not be verified because the landlord made the purchase.
