If you have your own extension pole, the Gotcha Sprayer Pro is the perfect way to spray aerosol cans and our powder duster. Simply insert a can of aerosol spray or our powder duster, attach the Gotcha Sprayer Pro to an extension pole (each sold separately) and you're ready to spray or dust. The Gotcha Sprayer Pro will work with any standard aerosol spray can with a top down spray button. No need to use a stepladder to reach those high areas. The Gotcha Sprayer Pro is a better way to spray.

The string is pretty long, and we were able to control it well. I would recommend two people for performing such an operation, because any weight at the end of a 25 foot pole is hard to control due to the leverage.

Purchased the wasp spray that advertises it shoots 27' and a retractable 8' paint extension pole. Followed the simple instructions and sprayed about a 1/2 dozen nests. Had to adjust once or twice to spray at angle but worked very well. The rope it came with was plenty long with the 8' extension pole.
Verified PurchaseI purchased the $14 version of this product. It took a lot more "pull" to get the can to spray and eventually the plastic broke. I always have wasps around our house that are out of reach of the normal spray can. So I broke down and purchased this more expensive version and while I didn't want to spend the $30, once I put the can it and placed on the extension pole, I could immediately feel the difference. I adjusted the angle (a great feature), pointed and pulled the string. It was an easy pull and was able to dose the next with little to no effort. Once covered I was able to retreat to a safe distance and watch as the little critters died. I could not be more happy with the performance. After using, I was ok with the price. Don't waste the money on the $14, just cry once and spend the money for this nicer version.

This Gotcha Spary unit worked well helped spray a couple pesky wasp nests 20 feet above ground level in home eaves. Safely sprayed nests at night no ladder easily reached and soaked the nests with standard foaming Wasp Spray without crawling up a ladder! Reviews were good and results were very good! Composite construction seemed pretty solid no problems no breakage and NO STINGS!
Verified PurchaseThis is far better than using a long distance insecticide spray can or hauling out a ladder and hoping to get down before the hornets you miss take offense at your presence. Using this on the end of an extendable pole I was able to position the spray can a foot from the nest and dose it completely with a single, short burst of insecticide. It held the can well, was easy to use, and allowed me to use minimal insecticide. Wish I had bought one sooner.
Verified PurchaseThis product is mostly plastic, but it worked like a charm, and the parts were well-made and not flimsy. When you attach the rotating piece (not the screw in to the pole, but the part that rotates the can up and down for a good angle), you'll want to rotate the can back about 15-degrees because it sprays downward if you try to put it on at a 90 degree angle (flush to the pole). The string/spray activator works easily. Remember to wear goggles or sunglasses when you're doing this, as the spray may come down on you on a still day--and practice somewhere away from the wasps, so your angle is correct before you approach a nest to kill it. Also, have a 2nd brave person there with a can in hand to protect you as it's hard to spray flying wasps on the retreat with a long pole sprayer (had a close call) :) I read both review sets for this one and the other one and bought this one because the reviews were consistently higher. You can buy the extension pole from Lowes, Ace, Home Depot, but Lowes had the longest version called "Mr Strong Arm" in their paint section and the sprayer module screws right on. The other brand they named in the ad was Acme but I don't know who sells those. Best of luck to you, I live in Central AR where the wasps are plentiful and more aggressive the hotter it gets.
